One rental day
Eight continuous hours of operation. Your personalised AI video, setup and an operator are included. Décor is quoted separately.
Chennai & across India
The displayed rates apply in Chennai. Travel and accommodation are additional for other cities. Your final quote will itemise the extras and GST.
Preparation time
Allow at least seven working days after the advance and usable family photographs are received. The final timeline depends on the tribute’s requirements and source material.
A celebration coming up soon?
Urgent requests from two days before the event may be possible with a 30% surcharge, subject to availability and creative feasibility. Ask us before paying.
Reserving your date
Once availability and your final quote are confirmed, an 80% advance reserves the date. An enquiry alone does not reserve equipment or a date.
Cancellations & date changes
Bookings are non-refundable for customer cancellations. Rescheduling is subject to availability and our written confirmation; it is not possible if your new date is already booked. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

What photographs or recordings do you need?
Clear photographs help us recreate the person’s appearance. If you would like to explore their voice, suitable voice recordings can help. Our team reviews what you have and explains what is feasible before the plan is confirmed. Please only share material you are authorised to use.
Will they speak to guests live?
No. This service presents a personalised, prerecorded AI tribute. Any greeting, blessing or message is prepared and approved in advance; the display does not respond to guests.
Can our family review the tribute?
Yes. Your family reviews and approves the final video before the celebration. We discuss the tone and wording with you, so the moment feels considered and respectful.
Which option is easier for phone photographs?
HoloBox is generally more convenient for casual guest phone photos. Hologram fan displays need planned camera settings and lighting to capture the effect well. We’ll discuss your venue and photography plans before you choose.
Can children go near the fan display?
The fan installation must have a protected display area, controlled guest access and an operator. Guests must remain outside the barrier or enclosure. Our team will plan the safe arrangement with your venue.
Can you decorate the display to match our wedding?
Décor is additional to the rental. Tell us your theme and we can discuss a suitable arrangement with you or your decorator, while keeping the display visible and its access requirements clear.
Can we book from outside Chennai?
Yes, we serve events across India. Travel and accommodation are charged in addition to the rental. We confirm availability, venue requirements and the full quote before you pay.
